right size and fuel line at the counter isnt $1 and some cents. Then some people shimed in saying make sure buy fuel injection line, which is also true. Doesnt change the fact that 5/16 is the correct size and and it fuel line costs $1 and some cents. Doesnt change the fact that fuel injection line costs more and if you were at the counter asking for fuel line sales guy will probably ask you if you just want reg fuel line or need fuel injection line. There is NOTHING WRONG with buying and using any AutoZone, Napa, O'reilly, Advanced auto fuel line hoses or fuel injection line hoses or vacuum hoses or coolant hoses when applying to the proper usage. If you are going to sell me and try to tell me that the $59.99 + shipping Fuel injection repair hose kit is superior to a 1 foot of 5/16 fuel injector hose from your local auto store for about $6 bucks and $9 worth of new fuel clamps from any of the above mention auto stores, then you shouldn't be driving a 300zx. Are you really that lazy that you cannot cut proper length fuel line and do you rather spend more money AND wait 4-5 days to get your mail order when you can just walk into any of those auto stores (that's if you live in the US) and be done with it. Reminds me of that one dude on here who said he would rather mail order 4 OEM nose panel bolts instead of walking into an Ace/True value, Menards, Fastnal, Fleet farm, etc to buy 4 bolts for $1 and be done with it. Seriously its 4 metric bolts to hold a nose panel. It could technically be held with zip ties lmao. Some people are just getting too overboard and anal with certain things...
